I need a recommendation for a *very* good repair person who can be trusted. My mother needs her ring resized and it has baguette diamonds. From what I have heard, they are very difficult to resize without loosening the stones. Can anyone advise what they've done to get some money back from old rings? I have 4 gold rings, 3 of them with tiny or small gems and diamonds. Two of the rings are a woman's wedding and engagement set, but the engagement ring has small, channel-set diamonds.
