Platinum Diamond Tennis Bracelet
Q.Felt like starting a (new?) thread, so here goes...Whats everyone's favorite stone? My Mom reads me so well...I never even told her (and didn't have anything of them), and she bought me a silver bracelet with a jade stone (and a matching ring) and a pair of amber earrings (Ok, I know thay're not stone, but still...). I'm still afraid to wear them!
A.I have my mother's antique emerald cocktail ring. It's an emerald cut, one carat Muzo emerald surrounded by pave diamonds. My husband has given me an emerald and diamond tennis bracelet and a pair of emerald ear studs to wear with it. But the emeralds must have a rich green color and very few inclusions. Pearls. Love them and would love to own more, particularly a bracelet. Diamonds. Would love to own the 11-carat emerald cut solitaire set in platinum that I once saw literally stopping traffic in front of Cartier's store on Michigan Avenue. It was a real Elizabeth Taylor-worthy stone.
