Iron Man JewelryQ.When you are not wearing jewelry, where do you keep it? I'm looking for "Hints from Heloise" type suggestions for keeping jewelry, possibly transporting it, and keeping it from getting scratched or otherwise funky. Also, if you take stuff out for a day or two, is there anything good (i.e. a liquid) to store it in. Like, alcohol, Bactine, matacide, etc.? A.There are soft, satin jewelry rolls available for sale that have seperate compartments and usually a tubular holder to slide rings onto. The whole thing folds up and snaps and can be packed in your suitcase or purse. If you have to transport several chains, here's a tip: Fasten the clasps, hang them from one finger in a row and then use a twist tie to fasten them all together, snuggly, in one or two spots. This will keep them from getting tangled and knotted My jewelry is all in either individual plastic baggies, or in autoclave baggies, and stored in larger baggies.
