Making money from Jewelry Making?
Q.because I had lots of cash to blow, I decided that my Enchanter should take up jewlcraft when she was level 24. Now that she's 29, her skill is at 190 or so. She's made some nice stuff, including Silvered Ruby Veils, Silver Diamond Wedding Rings, etc. What items of silver, electrum or gold jewelry sell the best to players? And what's the best to put at bazaar? I'm not into Platinum or Velium yet
A.I assumed they continued at the same rate the lower lv ones did is how I arrived at my formulas. So going from silver diamond to silver blue diamond should be the same as going from plat (or velium) diamond to plat blue diamond. I've got a calulator in excel format that tells you how much you are spending to make an item based on trivial and your skill (assuming 110+ Cha buy from merchant) that I made, have to upload that to my web site some day. It used to be on my guild's web site, but I don't even know if that still exists Well usually silver will not be bought all that often, since in most instances platinum makes the same location of jewelry just better stats. Generally gold will be prefered over electrum since again it will make better stat jewelery in the same location as electrum. There are some exceptions at the higher end where the electrum makes on set of stats and the gold will make the revers, like with sapphire is makes either +2str/+4int or +4str/+2int depending on which enchanted bar you use. For velium, I personally stay away from it, it geenrally only provides one extra point over platinum and IMO not worth the extra chance of failure compounded with the additional cost of the velium bar which is about dbl a plat bar. Also you might want to investigate the imbued jewelcraft, this makes some pretty nice items depending on the imbued gem used. You do not have to follow the god of the imbued jem to make the jewelcraft items.
